The purpose of this survey is to be able to produce statistics on the migration of Catholics in every parish and in the entire diocese, which would be useful in planning for the pastoral ministry of the Diocese of Chiang Mai. In this regard, the diocese has prepared a survey form for the parishioners to fill out. The diocese requests the cooperation of Catholic faithful who belongs to this category. They are requested to fill out the form with the correct information as much as possible and send it to the parish office.
